History
The Lord began speaking to Carol and some of the intercessors about “for such a time as this”. He began highlighting time and being in His timing; that as the God over time He is fully able to redeem the time – just as He says.
Meaning
The Lord is El Olam, Everlasting God. He is Lord over time. And as He tells us in Ecclesiastes 3, there is a time for everything. The Lord has His appointed times – times He’s marked and set aside for things to happen. We see this with Esther – for such a time as this – and with Daniel, who realizing that 70 years was completed, began praying for God’s will to be accomplished in the appointed time God had ordained.
As believers we must be in step with the Lord so that we don’t miss His appointed times for our lives.
